The Challenge
A new garment-care service needed more than a website. Before launch, the service model, pricing, customer experience, operating processes and digital systems all needed to work together.
What TLS Did

ARA Garment Care required the development of an operating and digital foundation for a same-day pickup and delivery garment-care model. The Challenge
The Junior Jump Up Company needed a professional digital home that could clearly communicate its cultural and educational mission while creating a stronger foundation for future programs, partnerships and organizational growth.
What TLS Did
TLS translated the organization’s vision into a clear website structure and digital experience, organizing its audiences, programs and services into an accessible public-facing platform while establishing the foundation for ongoing website and operational support.

TJJUC moved from an emerging digital presence to a structured platform that more clearly communicates who it serves, what it offers and how schools, families, cultural organizations and potential partners can engage

As an emerging culturally rooted organization, TJJUC needed digital infrastructure capable of communicating multiple program streams to distinct audiences including children and youth, families, educators, school boards, mas bands and Carnival organizations.

Coordinating 698 artist movements across a 10-day international festival.
The Challenge
An international arts festival needed hundreds of artists moved between airports, hotels, rehearsals, media appearances, community engagements and performances. There was no dedicated transportation logistics structure in place when the engagement began.
What TLS Did
TLS built the transportation operation from the ground up, creating the request, scheduling and communication systems needed to coordinate artist liaisons, drivers and festival teams while monitoring each artist’s journey for missing information or potential problems.
The Outcome
698 transportation movements were scheduled and coordinated using a roster of 20 drivers across the festival period. The scope was expanded within the first three days to include transportation support for two Consuls General based on the service being delivered.
The Challenge
Across a 10-day festival program involving approximately 300 activities, international artists required coordinated transportation between airport arrivals and departures, rehearsals, media appearances, public engagements and feature performances. Transportation requirements varied from individual sedan and luxury transfers to executive vans and coaches for groups of up to approximately 35 people.
TLS Scope
TLS designed and managed the transportation logistics system across a 20-day engagement. This included centralized request processing, scheduling and dispatch, driver communications, liaison protocols, airport arrival coordination, VIP and artist communications, special-request approvals and real-time schedule adjustments.
Coordination extended across artist liaisons, drivers, airport personnel, Barbados CARIFESTA Secretariat, Barbados Defence Force personnel, hospitality teams, festival arrival staff, artists, publicists and road managers.
The Outcome
698 transportation movements were scheduled across a 20-driver roster. Approximately 5% encountered issues such as missed pickups or events, primarily where incomplete or incorrect information could not be resolved in advance. The operating process also included proactive monitoring of each group’s itinerary to identify missing transportation requirements before they became live-event problems.
Within the first three days, the scope was expanded to support transportation requirements for two Consuls General.
