PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Good plans need someone to keep the work moving.

You have a project to deliver, people involved and expectations to meet. But keeping everything coordinated while managing decisions, deadlines and changing priorities can become a project of its own.

The Launch Solution provides structured project management and implementation leadership to organize the work, coordinate the people involved and help move projects from planning through delivery.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The work is underway. Keeping it together is the challenge.

Projects rarely become difficult because of one task. It’s the number of moving parts, competing priorities and decisions that need attention at the same time.

01

Everyone is busy. Who's keeping track?

Your team is doing the work, but no one has the time or dedicated responsibility to coordinate the entire project.

02

The deadline isn't moving.

You have commitments to meet, but shifting priorities, delayed decisions and dependencies are putting delivery at risk.

03

Too many people. Not enough alignment.

Internal teams, contractors, vendors and stakeholders are involved, but communication and accountability are becoming difficult to manage.

04

You need the project delivered, not another plan.

The direction is established. What you need now is experienced leadership to organize the work, resolve issues and maintain momentum.

HOW TLS HELPS

Bring structure to the work and accountability to delivery.

TLS helps connect the people, priorities and decisions that determine whether a project moves forward. We provide the coordination and leadership needed to keep delivery organized and visible.

Build a workable delivery plan

Turn the agreed scope into manageable workstreams, milestones, schedules and clear responsibilities.

Coordinate people and partners

Keep internal teams, external partners and stakeholders aligned on expectations, responsibilities and decisions.

Manage risks and changes

Identify issues early, track dependencies and help resolve obstacles before they create larger delivery problems.

Keep delivery accountable

Establish reporting, decision points and progress tracking so everyone understands where the project stands and what happens next.

THE WORK

Project management that keeps the moving parts connected.

Effective project management services go beyond tracking deadlines. They bring structure to the work, clarity to responsibilities and a consistent approach to managing progress, risks and decisions.

TLS can support projects from initial planning through delivery, coordinating teams, schedules, vendors, resources and stakeholder expectations.

Whether you need a dedicated project lead, support for a defined implementation or additional capacity for your internal team, we help establish the structure and oversight needed to keep work moving.

1. Project Initiation & Planning
  • Reviewing project objectives, scope and success criteria

  • Managing workstream schedules and deliverable dependencies
  • Facilitating project meetings and decision-making
  • Following up on actions, commitments and outstanding issues
  • Maintaining coordination between strategic priorities and operational delivery
3. Risk, Change & Stakeholder Management
  • Maintaining issue, risk and dependency registers
  • Supporting change requests and scope decisions
  • Identifying delivery constraints and escalation requirements
  • Coordinating stakeholder updates and approvals
  • Tracking decisions and their impact on timelines and resources

4. Reporting, Closeout, Transition & Handover

TLS tailors project management responsibilities to the agreed scope. Financial authority, procurement decisions, contractor supervision and final approvals remain with the designated parties unless expressly delegated in the engagement agreement.

WORKING TOGETHER

The right project leadership for the work ahead.

Not every organization needs a permanent project manager. Some need experienced leadership for a defined initiative, while others need additional capacity across several projects or ongoing operations.

Defined Implementation Projects
TLS takes responsibility for managing an agreed project scope, coordinating delivery activities and maintaining visibility from initiation through closeout.

Embedded Implementation Leadership
TLS works alongside your organization as an ongoing project management or implementation resource, providing continuity, coordination and delivery oversight.

Focused Planning & Readiness Support
When the project is not yet ready for implementation, we can help identify the gaps, decisions and planning requirements that need attention first.

Defined Implementation Projects
Typically $10,000+

For organizations with a defined initiative that needs experienced project management and delivery coordination.

TLS may lead planning, workstream coordination, vendor management, reporting and implementation oversight within the agreed project scope.

Best suited for website and systems implementations, business initiatives, operational rollouts, cross-functional projects and other defined delivery requirements.

Embedded Implementation Leadership
From $4,000/month

For organizations needing ongoing project coordination, PMO support or implementation leadership without adding a permanent position.

Engagements may involve managing several workstreams, maintaining reporting systems, coordinating stakeholders and supporting ongoing execution.

The scope, hours, responsibilities and level of leadership determine the monthly investment. Senior embedded leadership may begin at a higher rate.

Focused Planning & Readiness Support

When the work is not yet sufficiently defined for delivery, TLS may recommend a focused planning engagement or a Strategy & Launch Readiness Review.

Strategy & Launch Readiness Review – $1,750
This assessment examines planning, dependencies and implementation readiness, with documented findings and recommendations.

A readiness review is not mandatory for every project. Clients with an established scope can proceed directly to project qualification and proposal development.

THE OUTCOME

Clear ownership. Visible progress. Work that moves forward.

With TLS managing the work, you gain a clearer view of project priorities, responsibilities, progress and the decisions that need attention.

The goal is to reduce the coordination burden on your organization while giving the project consistent leadership, accountability and a practical path toward completion.

Depending on the engagement, project management outputs may include:

  • Project charter or agreed scope baseline
  • Work breakdown structure and delivery plan
  • Milestone schedule and implementation timeline
  • Responsibility and stakeholder matrix
  • Project communications and reporting framework
  • Action, issue and decision logs
  • Risk and dependency register
  • Vendor and contractor coordination records
  • Project status reports and progress dashboards
  • Change control documentation
  • Acceptance and handover records
  • Project closeout summary

Not every project requires every document or management process. TLS establishes the appropriate level of structure based on project complexity, risk, stakeholder requirements and the agreed scope of work.
