EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

Great experiences don't happen by accident.

An event can bring people together, build connections, celebrate culture or create meaningful opportunities for a brand or organization. But delivering that experience requires much more than a great idea.

The Launch Solution helps organizations plan, coordinate and deliver events and experiences by connecting the concept, the people, the logistics and the operational details that make everything work.

From early planning and partnership considerations to complex event operations and on-the-ground coordination, we help turn event ambitions into structured, executable plans.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The event is the exciting part. Getting everything to work together is the challenge.

Whether you’re launching a new experience or managing an established event, the complexity often sits behind the scenes.

01

You have an event idea, but need a workable plan.

The concept is exciting, but the budget, timelines, responsibilities and operational requirements still need to be developed.

02

There are too many moving parts to manage alone.

Vendors, venues, partners, participants and internal teams all have responsibilities, but coordinating them is becoming difficult.

03

The experience needs to deliver more than attendance.

You want the event to create value for your audience, organization, partners or sponsors, but need a clearer strategy for achieving those outcomes.

04

The date is set. The pressure is building.

There are commitments to meet, decisions to make and logistical details that need experienced oversight before event day.

HOW TLS HELPS

Connect the experience you envision with the work required to deliver it.

TLS brings structure to event planning and implementation, helping organizations align objectives, people, resources and operational responsibilities.

Shape the experience

Clarify the purpose, audience, desired outcomes and practical requirements that should guide event planning.

Structure the delivery

Translate the concept into timelines, workstreams, responsibilities, budgets and coordinated implementation plans.

Coordinate the moving parts

Align venues, suppliers, teams, partners and operational activities so everyone understands what needs to happen.

Support confident execution

Establish the communication, oversight and issue-management processes needed to keep the event moving toward delivery.

THE WORK

Event planning that connects the vision to the details.

Successful events require creative thinking and operational discipline. TLS helps organizations bring those elements together through event strategy, planning, stakeholder coordination and implementation support.

TLS can support events and experiences from early concept development through planning, coordination and delivery.

Our work may involve event design and feasibility, logistics, operational planning, sponsorship and partnership considerations, vendor coordination and the systems needed to keep everyone aligned.

Whether you’re developing a new event or need additional leadership for an established experience, we help establish the structure behind successful execution.

TLS can coordinate these workstreams where included in scope, but does not automatically act as the licensed provider of those services.

Event & Experience Readiness Review
$2,250

A focused assessment for organizations that need to evaluate the readiness of an event concept or an upcoming experience.

The review examines the event’s objectives, delivery requirements, operational considerations, dependencies and priority risks.

Typical outputs: Findings discussion, written assessment, workstream map and prioritized recommendations.

Best suited to event concepts or plans that need clearer direction before implementation commitments are made.

Strategy & Implementation Planning
From $4,500

A structured planning engagement for organizations developing an event or needing a clearer approach to delivering an established concept.

Depending on scope, work may include experience planning, delivery workstreams, preliminary budgets, timelines, operational requirements and stakeholder responsibilities.

Best suited to events requiring a practical roadmap before full implementation begins.

Defined Event Implementation Projects
Typically $10,000+

Project-based event planning, coordination and implementation leadership for an agreed scope of work.

Engagements may include operational planning, vendor coordination, logistics, stakeholder management and delivery oversight.

Investment is determined by event scale, complexity, duration, required resources and TLS’s responsibilities. External event expenses are additional unless specifically included.

Embedded Event & Implementation Leadership
From $4,000/month

Ongoing planning, project coordination and implementation leadership for organizations with recurring events, multi-event programs or complex event portfolios.

The monthly investment depends on the time commitment, event calendar, leadership requirements and agreed responsibilities.

An Event & Experience Readiness Review is not mandatory before every project. Organizations with an established event brief and clear requirements can proceed directly to project qualification and proposal development.

THE OUTCOME

A stronger plan. Clearer responsibilities. A more coordinated experience.

A successful event requires everyone involved to understand what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and how their work connects to the overall experience.

TLS helps establish that clarity through practical planning, coordination and implementation support, reducing uncertainty and giving the event team a stronger foundation for delivery.

Depending on the engagement, deliverables may include:

  • Event strategy and objectives document
  • Event concept and experience framework
  • Feasibility and readiness findings
  • Preliminary budget and resource plan
  • Event implementation roadmap
  • Master event timeline and milestone schedule
  • Roles and stakeholder responsibility matrix
  • Vendor and supplier coordination plan
  • Logistics and transportation planning documents
  • Sponsorship and partnership activation framework
  • Operational communications plan
  • Run-of-show and event-day coordination documents
  • Risk, issue and contingency registers
  • Post-event reporting and closeout recommendations

Deliverables are selected according to the event’s requirements and the agreed engagement. A readiness assessment does not include full event production or delivery, and implementation services are scoped separately.
